The first part of the film concentrates on therapy planning with the aid of motivation, condition, function and life-history analysis of obsessional illness. The indications for exposure in-vivo are examined, and a way is shown of building up a patient's motivation for an exposure in-vivo as a part of the usually complex therapy in cases of obsessionally illness. Special attention is paid to particular features of interaction with the obsessional illness in the practice session.
