This film is an interesting document from the point of view of both the history of civilization and contemporary history in Vietnam, showing as it does excerpts from the procession celebrating the birthday of Buddha 1963, a Buddhist demonstration two days later and a funeral procession in honour of a casualty of the Buddhist disturbances four days after this.
