Using general views and close-ups, the film demonstrates various saltos with 1/2 turn and the double salto backward to outer cross stand from the parallel bars. The documentation of a single exercise, perfectly peformed, filmed at normal speed and with various slow-motion effects, from oblique and axial angles, aids to illustrate and analyse the course of movement.
