Pectoralis Major Flap In 77 Head And Neck Reconstructions
Abstract: 77 patients with head and neck excisional defect are treated by use of Pectoralis major myo cu-taneous, myocutaneous with skin paddle, and composite, incorporating rib. Results are presented.
