Cofán (South Colombia, Montaña) - Making a Cooking Pot

Eine Frau bringt Ton, mischt ihn mit Flußsand, formt daraus ein Kochgefäß in Parallelwulsttechnik, befeuchtet es mit Speichel und glättet es mit einem Kalebassenstück. Das Gefäß hat einen flachen Boden und eine zunächst konisch, dann gerade verlaufende Wand. Der nach außen gebogene Rand wird mit Fingernageleindrücken verziert. Nach dem Trocknen werden die Töpfe im Brennhaufen gebrannt.
