Die rechteckige Schachtel ist aus einem hellbraunem, pappartigem Mischstoff gefertigt und mit schwarzer Schrift bedruckt. Die Schachtel ist mit Nudeln (Macaroni) gefüllt und wurde für CARE ("Cooperative for American Remittances to Europe", ab 1952 "Cooperative for American Relief to Everywhere") angefertigt.
