In the film, surviving lymphocytes from peripheral human blood are examined in a cover glass slide. The development by stages and the rhythm of cell migration as well as the degeneration of the lymphocytes are examined at room temperature. In addition, the effect of raised temperatures on the behaviour of the cells is demonstrated.
