EU and the India in a globalized world

Abstract: In this article I analyse the way in which European Union manages its relations with India using the neo-liberal institutionalismapproch and I focus mainly on the economic cooperation as an instrument to improve and develop this link. In the first part I'll present the theory of reference and the concepts that I use and then the methodology and the arguments for this choice. I will use a case study: the relation between EU and India in order to see how this has developed and is related to the process of development. I'll present the history of this relation, stressing the way in which the cooperation has influenced the interests that those two entities have. In the last part I'll present the area in which the cooperation was more present and I’ll explain why that happened. The article concludes that the main interests in these relations are related to the economic area
