Notable among thes journalists is Dr. Stern-Rubarth (sitting in dark suit) who Telegraphenbüro, then the German equivalent to Reuters. Dr. Stern-Rubarth is now and is shortly to Publish his autobiography. As has expressed for years German Official opinion through the medium of the "Diplomatische Korrespondenz" (founded by him) and as he has unique opportunities of meeting the leading statesmen of Europe, this should be a remarkable book."
