Der Film zeigt in Zeitdehneraufnahmen die schwingenden Stimmbänder einer gesunden, unbehandelten Frau (400 Hz) und zweier Frauen nach Behandlung mit Testosteron (77 bis 200 Hz) sowie einem anabolen Hormon (150 und 164 Hz). Zum Vergleich werden die schwingenden Stimmbänder eines Mannes gezeigt (100 Hz).
The film shows in slow motion the vibrating vocal cords of a healthy woman (400 Hz) and of two women after treatment with testosterone (77 to 200 Hz) and with an anabolic hormone (150 and 164 Hz). In comparison the vibrating vocal cords of a man are shown (100 Hz).
