The film shows games of three polar bears (Thalarctos maritimus, Ursidae) in the Duisburg Zoo. These are playful biting fights between the mother bear and her two 3/4-grown cubs, predominantly in water. The game of a bear with a bone as well as playful swimming and diving can be seen.
