Notas acerca de una hermenéutica de la imagen

Este artículo constituye una primera propuesta para la lectura e interpretación de cualquier tipo de imagen. Partiendo del esquema de análisis formulado por Erwin Panofsky para el estudio del arte del Renacimiento, dividimos la imagen en tres dimensiones de significado: formal, narrativo y simbólico; cada una con sus claves hermenéuticas.
The present article is a first attempt to construct a theoretical proposition to interprétate any sort of image. It is based on the analytical framework suggested by Erwin Panofsky for studying the art of the Renaissance. According to this the image may acquire several meanings which can be classified into the following three dimensions: formal, narrative and symbolic; each one of them having their own hermeneutical clues,
