Análise de algumas condições institucionais para a organização do trabalho pedagógico

This paper presents a discussion about some institutional issues regarding the educational work organisation in the school, combining design and development of the political and educational project of this institution. The democratic procedure in the school, the conscious and collective work of the professionals, the design of a political and educational project as the main axis of the work in the school, and the importance in considering the real conditions for that are the major theoretical fundaments for the discussion, based in a study lead by the author in this field. In this research - carried out in a private school in Campinas, São Paulo - as a method for data collection, it was chosen the observation of meetings for discussion of educational issues, and also there were interviews with a group of professionals from that school. The results, considered as aspects that facilitates, or not, the work organisation in the school, are in the centre of the discussions. From this, we are able to point out some final considerations: a) the importance of build up and carry out a collective/ reflexive/ democratic project, based in regular educational meetings between the professionals; b) the importance of a mature, active leadership able to motivate a collective work and the development of an independent group; c) the creation of means of participation for the students and their families in the whole process.
