Transition metal-catalyzed carbonylative annulation of phenols and anilines with alkynes
Zusammenfassung: This dissertation is mainly concerned with the carbonylations of alkynes with nucleophiles to synthesize heterocycles and carbocycles. More specifically, transition metal-catalyzed cyclocarbonylation synthesis of carbocycles compounds, oxygen-containing heterocycles and nitrogen-containing heterocycles. The resulting heterocycles and carbocycles are an integral part of many biologically active molecules, and many currently marketed drugs.
Zusammenfassung: Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich hauptsächlich mit der Carbonylierung von Alkinen und Nukleophilen zur Synthese von Heterocyclen und Carbocyclen. Genauer mit der übergangsmetallkatalysierten cyclisierenden Carbonylierung zur Synthese von carbocyclischen Verbindungen, sauerstoffhaltigen Heterocyclen und stickstoffhaltigen Heterocyclen. Die entstehenden Heterocyclen und Carbocyclen sind Bestandteil vieler biologisch aktiver Moleküle und vieler aktuell vermarkteter Drogen.
