From a mainly theoretic interest, this article resorts to the oíd category of mode from lohich Marxism constructed a great deal of its proposals to try to setforlh the preliminary elements of a hypothesis having a historical setup ofvarious textual production and consumption modes. The textual production and consumption mode is understood as an interpretative category of the complex phenomenon of setting up, deconfiguring and reconfiguring relations between languages, textualities, data supports and information technoiogii, which are processed in various social and cultural spaces and times bul connected historically.
