Bruststück in achteckigem Bildfeld nach rechts gewandt, Kopf im Halbprofil, Blick geradeaus, vor dunklem Hintergrund. Dargestellter mit Barett, gelocktem Haar, Schnurrbart, breitem Pelzkragen und darüber in stilisierter Form die Amtskette in seiner Funktion als Lordkanzler. Direkt unterhalb des hochachteckigen Bildfeldes die Künstleradresse. Weiter unten der Name des Dargestellten und ganz unten die Verlagsadresse.
Bemerkung: Auf der Vorderseite links unten handschriftlich mit Bleistift: "S 1021", oben rechts (verblasst): "282 [?]"; Auf der Rückseite links unten handschriftlich mit schwarzer Tinte unten links: "A.H.S. 1021.".
