Ariadna Gil ("Belle Epoque") stars as Ana, a young Venezuelan who leaves her groom at the altar and goes to Paris - carrying only a handful of clothes and her beloved Maria Callas poster - hoping to pursue her dream of being an opera star. But Ana only has two months left on her visa, giving her little time to find a job or get married - otherwise she'll be shipped back to Caracas and her irate fiance.Her one hope is to attract the eye of Italian film director Italo Medici, who's making a new version of Rossini's opera "La Cenerentola (Cinderella)." But she's continually thwarted in her attempts to audition for him by Celeste (Arielle Dombasle), a pushy video artist who aspires to be the next Madonna and who keeps throwing up roadblocks for our heroine.
