Las negociaciones sobre las armas biológicas y el nuevo dilema que implica la biotecnología

Los enormes peligros que entrañan los posibles usos o aplicaciones no pacíficos de ciertos explosivos recientes de la biotecnología hacen cada vez más urgente superar los obstáculos que se siguen acumulando en el camino hacia la imprescindible prohibición de las armas biológicas y el efectivo control de las técnicas de manipulación genética.
The great dangers attached to possible non pacific uses or aplications of certain recent explosive advances of the biotechnology has become more urgent to surmount the increasing obstacles in the way towards the indispensable proscription of the biological armas and the effective control of the genetic manipulation techniques.
