Gluteal Fascio-cutaneous Flap For Reconstruction Of Lower Leg Defects
Abstract: Reconstruction of full thickness defects of lower leg by ipsilateral inferior gluteal fasciocutaneous flap is presented. This flap is based on the decending branch of the inferior gluteal artery.
