ha- Yom hu yomenu : yomanah shel Lorli Ṿais (Ester Zohar) peliṭah be-Iṭalyah ha-Fashisṭit

Presents the diary of Zohar, born in 1924 in Brno, Czechoslovakia. The diary was originally written in German, between November 1941-March 1945. After the Nazi occupation her father fled to Eretz Israel. Zohar, with her mother, sister, and grandmother, attempted to follow him, but were arrested and imprisoned in Italy. They were then interned at Ferramonti and in the village of Norcia in Perugia. After the Nazi occupation in 1943 they fled to the village of Gualdo and lived there under false identities. In March 1945 they were finally able to emigrate and join Zohar's father. (From the Bibliography of the Vidal Sassoon International Center for the Study of Antisemitism)
