Medellín, un modelo que incluye la pobreza como negocio
This paper presents inputs discussions Kavilando research group, around Medellin today, in terms of poverty; of how that category proves to be an excellent place which places the bulk of the population as worthy of technical-social intervention, to restore their dignity and change the system inequitable distribution of wealth, but rather as a mechanism that circulates the budget private to public, altruism faced with the discourse of inclusion, seeking demagogically making new poor consumers, entrepreneurs, etc., thus further delaying the essential discussion.
