La importancia del cambio político en México y su influencia en el gobierno y la administración pública

En este artículo el autor analiza y explica el cambio político en México con base en los procesos de democratización, los cuales se vinculan con la vigencia de un sistema político que se desenvuelve en el ámbito de prácticas autoritarias, la emergencia de valores democráticos y el imperativo de profesionalizar el desempeño de la administración pública.
In this anide the author analyzes and explains the political change in México regarding the different stages in democratization. These are linked to the standing effect of a political system that has prevailed within the ambit of authoritarian practices, the emergence of democratic valúes and the imperative need of professionalism in the performance of public administration.
