Los intelectuales y el movimiento del 68

En este artículo, la autora configura una tipología del carácter histórico del papel y el sentido de ser intelectual ante la sociedad civil, política y cultural de México en este siglo. Asimismo, revisa la evolución de esta figura así como sus coincidencias y diferencias con la clase política y plantea algunas bases elementales para llegar a comprender aquellos factores que determinan la participación de los intelectuales en la vida política y cultural de la sociedad. Por otro lado, el escrito analiza la responsabilidad de los intelectuales -como transmisores y difusores de ideas- ante las condiciones sociales y políticas del 68 mexicano, así como sus diagnósticos, orientaciones disciplinarias y frentes de combate ante tan traumático acontecimiento. Por último, la autora concluye su análisis con la exposición de las actitudes y las reflexiones de los intelectuales mexicanos ante los problemas políticos actuales.
In this article, the author configures a typology of the historic character of the role and the sense being intellectual before a civilian, political and cultural society in Mexico during this century. Also, she reviews the evolution of this character and its coincidences and differences with the political class and sets forth a few elementary basis for the understanding of the factors that determine the intellectual’s participation in society's political and cultural life. Furthermore, the article also analyzes the intellectual’s responsibility -as transmitters and spreaders of ideas- before the social and political conditions of the Mexican ’68, as well as its diagnoses disciplinary orientations and combat fronts before such a traumatic event. Lastly, she concludes her analysis exposing the attitudes and reflections of Mexican intellectuals before today's political problems.
