Non-parametric Bayesian Spatial Normalization in Medical Imaging

Zusammenfassung: Medical imaging modalities provide high quality three-dimensional data sets that can be used to study anatomy and pathologies. Medical images of internal organs are often used to highlight the anatomy of the internal organs as well as to identify lesions such as tumors in different regions of the human body. Such images can help the clinicians in the qualitative characterization of a lesion in the investigated organs and in the consequent diagnosis of a disease.
