Abstract: The Archaeological Museum of the Acropolis. Strategy is always an important tool for the development of cultural organizations that want to realize their mission and vision. Implementing a strategic management plan is essential for any organization. "Any organization that adopts the concept of strategic design should select elements from various management models that will then adapt to the specific operating conditions and the place where it operates."
