Der Flötenbauer Dumitru Tartareanu spielt auf einer selbstgebauten Kernspaltflöte (s. Film E 1866) mit sechs Grifflöchern und rückseitigem Aufschnitt eine Rubatoweise und zwei Tanzlieder mit dem charakteristischen Gutturalton. Das Rubatospiel wurde auch ohne Gutturalton aufgenommen.
The flute-maker Dumitru Tartareanu plays on a self-made flue pipe (see film E 1866) with six finger holes and dorsal slit. He performs one tune in tempo rubato and two dance tunes with the characteristic guttural sound. A recording was also made of the tune in tempo rubato without the guttural sound.
