In continuation of the highschool-film C 903 (morphology and cell-division) the film shows the settlement of a swarmer of Metafolliculina andrewsi and the construction of a species-specific case. Before completion of casebuilding the animal develops a large primordium as an construction for a new band of membranelles. The conspicuously pigmented cortical stripe pattern allowed a detailed study of the special phases of "construction development" (anarchic field, formation of membranelles). Trickphotos elucidates that complicated termination of development.
