Beim Zentrifugieren einer Suspension werden folgende Besonderheiten der Kuchenbildung und des Transportes mit stroboskopischen Filmaufnahmen gezeigt: behindertes Anfahren, Störung durch Distanzkäfigbolzen, zu großer Suspensionsdurchsatz mit und ohne Kalibrierung.
A homogeneous distribution of the solid cake in the barrel will be prevented by an unsteady and poorly adapted supply of suspension to the running conditions. Shown will be the following particularities at the formation and the transport of the cake: the obstucted starting process, the disturbed areas in the form of a channel caused by four bolts of a distance cage, flooding an spitting. By means of synchronization device and a stroboscopical lighting the rotation barrel of the centrifuge apparently comes to a standstill.
