Craniomaxillofacial Surgery: Anaesthetic Management

Graniomaxillofacial surgery poses a major challenge to clinicians. A multidisciplinary approach is required with the anaesthesiologist playing a vital role in the outcome. The anaesthetic management of three case is presented alongwith a discussion on the problems likely to be encountered. Graniomaxillofacial surgery can be performed in any hospital equipped for Neurological, Paediatric surgery, and Plastic Surgical work.
