Dynamics of Leukemia Cells
By a combination of time-lapse cinemicrography and scanning-electron and transmission-electron micrography, stationary or locomotive motility of leukemia cells can be aligned with certain morphological surface features. Active change of shape, which is the precondition for their infiltrative growth, is recorded in time-lapse sequences.
