Development of Concentrating Heliostats for High Temperature Solar Chemical Applications

Abstract: In the present paper, the design, construction, and evaluation of a concentrating spherical heliostat are shown; curved facets were achieved by a mechanical design. Furthermore, a comparison between a flat heliostat and the concentrating heliostat is performed.
