The article considers the ways of attracting users in the electronic media in an advertising campaign for urban information-analytical portal. Ways of advertising and promotion of portals author divides the online and offline, highlighting specific features of each. Reflected three stages of advertising campaign, highlighted the goals and objectives, evaluates their achievability, and recommendations.
