Der Film beginnt mit einem Gespräch der Patientin mit einer Mitpatientin im Tagesraum. Sodann Einzeldarstellung von Bewegungsstereotypien. Prüfung der zeitlichen Orientierung, Nachsprechen von Wörtern, Aufforderung zum Zeigen der Nase, Zähne usw. Das Schreiben von einzelnen Wörtern gelingt der Patientin nicht mehr; auch ist das Schreiben kleinerer Sätze nach Diktat nicht möglich.
The film starts with the discussion of the female patient with another female patient in the recreation-room. Then single exposures of stereotypic movements. Examination of orientation in time, repetition of some words, commands to show the nose, teeth and so on. The writing of single words is not possible for the patient; in the same way she is not able to write a dictation.
