La ciencia política en el Perú: el inicio de su institucionalización

El siguiente trabajo presenta el desarrollo de la ciencia política en el plano institucional, específicamente su aparición, evolución y situación actual en las universidades del Perú, así como la percepción y opinión que de esta disciplina ha tenido y tiene la sociedad. Por suparte, el papel de los gobiernos no democráticos en el impulso de la ciencia política, el papel y la realidad de los politólogos y de los centros de enseñanza politológica son tratados reflexiva y críticamente. El panorama general de las condiciones pasadas y actuales de la ciencia política peruana puede ser un espejo de otras realidades latinoamericanas y mundiales, lo cual podría ser útil para replicar los aspectos positivos y evitar losnegativos.
This article presents the development of political science in the institutional plane, specifically its apparition, evolution and current situation in the universities of Peru, as well as the perception and opinion of this discipline has had and has in society. On its part, the role of undemocratic governments in the impulse of Political Science, its role and reality of the political scientists and the centers of high education are treated reflexively and critically. The general panorama of past and present conditions of Political Science in Peru can be a reflection of other Latin-American and world realities, which could be useful to duplicate its positive aspects and avoid the negative ones.
