Werthers Abschied von Albert und Lotte (Brief vom 10. September 1771): In rundem Bildausschnitt rechts Blick in eine mondbeschienene Landschaft, links hohe Mauer mit angeschnittener hoher Vase, davor sitzend Albert und Lotte, die dem rechts stehenden Werther ihre linke Hand zum Abschied reicht. Darstellung in weichen Halbtönen, grobe Kolorierung.
